BACKGROUND
Our colts section has been one of the finest in Middlesex in the last 40 years producing players that have gone onto play international and first class cricket.
The most famous player to progress through our youth system was former England batsman
Mark Ramprakash who progressed from our Under 11s to our first eleven before embarking on a professional career in the 1980s.
As well as producing players who have gone onto play professionally, our youth system has developed players who have excelled in our senior teams.
Our colts teams have been incredibly successful with our teams winning Middlesex titles at all age groups. In 2001 our Under 13 team won an unprecedented treble of Middlesex League, Middlesex Cup and most impressively becoming National Champions.
