    Alex joined the Borough in May 2013 after turning up to one of our senior net sessions. The big hitting left hander made an immediate impact and was thrown straight into our second eleven. He scored a brilliant century on his club debut, scoring 104 not out for our second eleven v Highgate.

    He was promoted to the first team straight afterwards and finished the summer with over 600 runs and scored a further four 50s. He was a rock for our first team batting at number three.

    He is also is an excellent off break bowler and in the final game of 2013 he picked up 8 wickets against Turnham Green.
