EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Dear All,
For all that don't know, John Taylor has taken ill. He is now recovering and is through the worst of it.
After talking with John, he has told me that he will not be able to continue with the bar managers post and wishes that the club find a replacement as soon as possible.
With this in mind and the fact that the bar is an integral part of the smooth running of Bessborough I have decided to call an extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday 12th January 2011, 20.00 at the club to resolve this issue.
The sole agenda item will be the Bar Managers post and the options surrounding this. We will need to have a plan and volunteers in place by the end of this meeting and I urge anyone interested in doing this position either solely or part of a committee to let me know as soon as possible.
It is very important that we get this resolved as the last time JT was ill and we didn't have a proper plan we ended up losing money, we could lose a lot more if we don't get it right this time round.
