    A determined and guttsy allrounder, Ridders has taken on the captaincy our Third Eleven for the 2015 season. Ridders bowls gun barrel straight at a brisk medium pace and bats in the middle order who is capable of playing most type of innings.

    Ridders has been a regular on the Harrow cricket circuit representing both Pinner and Harrow St Mary's before joining the club in 2011. He made an immediate impact winning Second Eleven Player of the Year that season scoring 400 runs at the top of the order.

    He is a canny medium pace bowler who is capable of taking the new ball or operating as a partnership breaker in the middle of the innings. He has been a revelation for The Barbarians and since 2011, he is the only bowler to have claimed over 50 wickets in the short form of the game. In Twenty20 cricket he often opening the bowling and then finishing his overs by bowling at the death with the wicket keeper standing up.

    As a batsman he is determined and gutsy at the crease and he is particularly strong off the back foot and is very strong square of the wicket on both sides. His best performance with the bat was for our second eleven against Old Actonians in July 2011 when after bowling Actonians out for only 128, Riddles struck a majestic 93 not out in a brilliant 9 wicket win.
