Role: Right Arm Fast-Medium Bowler
Nickname: KP
Barbarians No: 93
'KP' made his debut for the Bessborough senior sides in 2013 and proved to be an excellent addition to second and third eleven squads. He is a seam bowler, how bowls at decent pace and hits the pitch hard. As a batsman he is more of a lower order slogger but he is outstanding in the field with a cannon of an arm.
After a steady first season with the club, he had an outstanding 2014 when he picked up more wickets than any other seam bowler at the club with 27 wickets at an average of just over 17.
In 2015, KP managed to force his way into the First Eleven earning the right to take the new ball. He picked up a career best 43 wickets at an average of just over 24.
This season could not have started better for him. As well as being selected to play for an Essex Cricket Board Development Team, he also bowled at the Sri Lankan Test squad at Chelmsford in May.
