BOROUGH READY FOR NEW SEASON
By James Wheeler

After a long wet and freezing cold winter, the 2013 season starts this weekend with two home games. The first eleven starts with their traditional opening weekend home game against neighbours Pinner, while a second eleven game has been added this week with a home game against Rickmansworth.

The weather wiped out all our warm up games last summer leaving the club without a single game before the League campaign started and hopefully all players and captains can get the practise that they need before the League season starts on Saturday May 11.

Remember Senior nets and practise is held on Tuesdays at the clubhouse and its vitally important that as many playing members attend as possible. Any players looking to join the club are more than welcome to attend nets and show the selection committee your ability.

Next Saturday (April 27) both our first and second elevens take on Old Actonians with the first eleven travelling to Ealing and the second eleven hosting Actonians at Headstone Manor. On April 28th, Nirav Ghantiwala takes charge of his first game as Sunday captain as we host wandering side Paddington.
