Big Night At The Borough

BIG NIGHT AT THE BOROUGH
By James Wheeler
As well as the Second Ashes Test starting today there are a couple of cracking games being played at Headstone Manor tonight.
On the main ground, The Barbarians take on North Harrow for the third time this season. Both sides have one win each this season, so tonight is effectively a decider. James Wheeler is still unavailable due to the arrival of his new baby daughter, so Richard Clarke captains this side with Ian Ridley assisting. After a couple of consecutive wins, The Barbarians are looking for three wins in a row for the first time in 2015.
Last but certainly not least, Our Under 15s take on local rivals Lohana in a Middlesex Cup Play-off. The Under 15s, coached by Aruna Jayawardena have had an excellent season and hopefully they can continue their summer success with a win tonight.
So if you are free, come down on a beautiful evening and support the lads.
