FANTASY LEAGUE - JULY WINNER
By Simon Heaney
Master-player Stephen Kimsey Jr. collected his second monthly Bessborough CC 2015 Fantasy League prize of the season with a massive haul of points in July.
Kimmo’s Juniors All Stars scored a whopping 2,973 points in July; 309 points more than his nearest challenger Darts is Better, managed by John Trowbridge.
Stephen wins another £10 in club "tokens" for the monthly prize and looks odds-on for the overall £100 prize as his team are now sitting pretty on 7,243 points, over 1,000 points ahead of second-placed Dip‘s Go Getters, managed by our esteemed vice-chairman Dipak Chavda, who is in pole position for the £50 runners-up prize with 6,168 points.
There will be one more monthly prize for August after which the final prizes will be decided after the last game of the season in September.
Based on the set formation of four batters, four bowlers, two all-rounders and one keeper, the "money-no-object" Bessborough CC Dream Team for July was:
Player Position Value Points Selected by
Ian Ridley Bowler £10m 428 30%
James Wheeler Keeper £9m 424 32%
Sherrick Chavda Batter £9m 310 22%
Kibreeth Rameez All-rounder £10m 302 5%
Mitesh Vyas Bowler £9m 246 3%
Jamie Young All-rounder £3m 234 57%

The Dream Team would have scored 2,942 points in July at a cost of £87m.
